Avi Santoso Pty Ltd
Refund policy
Effective 13 August 2026
Voluntary guarantees
An offer includes a voluntary money-back guarantee only when the sales page, written offer, or checkout clearly states one. The stated guarantee period starts on the purchase date. If no voluntary guarantee is stated, we do not provide a change-of-mind refund unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Purchases covered
A voluntary guarantee applies separately to each eligible purchase. The relevant sales page, written offer, or checkout states its period and any offer-specific conditions. Buying another offer does not extend the guarantee period for an earlier purchase.
How to request a refund
Reply to your purchase receipt or use the support contact shown on that receipt before the stated guarantee period ends. Include the email address used at checkout, the purchase to be refunded, and the receipt or payment reference. Do not send card numbers or account credentials.
We may ask for reasonable information needed to identify the purchase, confirm the request came from the buyer, and assess whether the request falls within the stated guarantee or an applicable legal right.
What is refunded
An approved voluntary refund covers the amount paid to us for the identified purchase in the currency charged. It does not cover third-party subscriptions, usage charges, software charges, bank fees, currency conversion differences, or other third-party costs.
Limits on the voluntary guarantee
Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, a voluntary guarantee applies to the first purchase of that offer by a person or business. Duplicate or replacement purchases do not create repeated guarantee periods. Requests made after the stated period are not covered for change of mind, dissatisfaction, failure to use the purchase, or a decision not to continue.
These limits apply only to the voluntary guarantee. They do not limit remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to voluntary guarantees
We may add, change, or withdraw a voluntary guarantee for future purchases. The guarantee stated when a purchase is completed continues to apply to that purchase. A later promotion or policy does not apply retrospectively unless we say so in writing.
Access after a refund
When a digital product is refunded, the licence to use it ends. You must stop using the material and delete or destroy copies under your control. We may remove access supplied through an online platform.
Processing time
We aim to submit an approved refund to the payment provider within five business days. The refund is returned to the original payment method unless the provider requires another method. The payment provider, your bank, and your card provider control how long the funds take to appear and how currency conversion is calculated.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us first so we can investigate an access, billing, or refund issue. This request does not prevent you from using any lawful dispute or consumer remedy available to you.
Consumer rights
Any voluntary guarantee is additional to rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Depending on the problem and whether it is major or minor, a buyer may have rights to a remedy even after a voluntary guarantee period ends.
Contact
For a refund or consumer-law request, reply to the purchase receipt or use the support contact shown on that receipt. Include the checkout email address and payment reference so the purchase can be identified.
